The Youth Fund supports innovative Career Technical Education (CTE) and Work-Based Learning (WBL) programs that help young people:

In addition to funding direct services, the Youth Fund invests in a regional resource hub that supports grantees through implementation, collaboration, shared learning, and sustainable fundraising—maximizing the impact of every investment.
Who We Intentionally Invest In
The Youth Fund prioritizes opportunities for young people who can benefit most from expanded access to career-connected learning, including:
- Native American youth and young adults
- Young parents with children ages 0–3
- Opportunity youth—young people ages 16–24 who are neither working nor in school but have tremendous potential to contribute to their communities and the workforce
