Save the Date – Northern New Mexico Youth Fund Grant Opportunity!

As members of the Northern New Mexico Pathways to Opportunity Strategy Table, the LANL Foundation is excited to announce the upcoming launch of the Northern New Mexico Youth Fund on March 3, 2025!

Before the application period opens, we’re inviting non-profit organizations, Tribal entities and middle and high schools that help young people thrive to save the date for one of our upcoming Q&A sessions. During these sessions, you’ll learn more about the fund, be able to decide if you’re interested in applying, and prepare for the Letter of Inquiry (LOI) and grant application process.

About the Northern New Mexico Youth Fund

The Northern New Mexico Youth Fund was created by the Northern New Mexico Pathways to Opportunity Strategy Table to expand opportunities for young people to thrive in school, work, and life. By investing in bold, equity-driven initiatives, the fund works to ensure that underserved Northern New Mexico youth and young adults —especially those who are not in school and not working, Native American youth and young adults, and young parents of young children —have the connections, confidence, and opportunities they need to succeed. The Youth Fund brings together philanthropic, state, tribal, and federal resources to support innovative Career Technical Education (CTE) and Work-Based Learning (WBL) programs for young people ages 13 to 29. In addition to funding direct services, the Youth Fund will give a grant to an organization to serve as a regional resource hub to support grantees with implementation, evaluation, shared learning, and securing sustainable funding.

Join Our Q&A Session for the Northern New Mexico Youth Fund

To help prospective grantees learn more, decide if this opportunity is a good fit and prepare for the Letter of Inquiry and grant applications, we are hosting a series of three Q&A sessions at different times. A recorded session will also be made available.

Upcoming Live Q&A Sessions (Click to Register):

These sessions will be a great opportunity to ask questions, gain clarity on eligibility and funding priorities, and connect with others in the community working to support young people in Northern New Mexico.

We encourage you to save the date and join us for one of these sessions and forward this invitation to others who may be interested! If you have any questions in the meantime, feel free to reach out.

We look forward to seeing you there!
